Carla and Lynette Gillis, formerly of Halifax cult favorites Plumtree have a new project called Sister. I have only heard one Sister song so far, a cover of Eric’s Trip’s “viewmaster”, I was pretty into it. I’m guessing their original material will be quite enjoyable as well. We will find out soon enough as we’re playing with them tonight in Montreal at the Green Room. If you are in Montreal, come see for yourself. Both Heidi and I are psyched for the show as we were both very big Plumtree fans, Heidi would probably list them in her top 10 of all time.
